Endito Nagol Adventures Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the tour start date.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.

3. Changes and Amendments:

• Endito Nagol Adventures reserves the right to make changes to tour itineraries, accommodations, and activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
• Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
• Clients may request changes to their booking, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

4. Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

5. Health and Fitness:

• Some tours may involve physical activities and outdoor adventures. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are physically capable of participating.
• Clients with pre-existing medical conditions must inform us prior to booking, and we reserve the right to request a doctor’s approval for participation.

6. Liability:

• While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of our clients, Endito Nagol Adventures cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour.
• Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, staff, and local communities.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

8. Force Majeure:

• Endito Nagol Adventures shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy:

• We respect our clients’ privacy and will only use personal information for the purpose of booking and providing our services. We will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
